Rudy is a Partner with Firmbach & Firmbach CPAs. Rudy is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York and is licensed to practice in New York State. Rudy Firmbach Jr. and his father Rudy Firmbach Sr. were the founding members of Firmbach & Firmbach CPAs. With the loss of his father his younger brother Karl became partner. The Firmbach family has been serving the accounting needs of the Hudson Valley for over fifty years.
Rudy Firmbach Jr. is an avid skier and is past chairman of the Board and current member of the Trailsweepers Ski Club, Inc. He is a 1965 graduate of Kingston High School. He also served in the US Army for a year (1968-1969), which included a tour of duty in Vietnam in the 25th Infantry Division. Rudy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1973 from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Rudy provides Accounting, Auditing, Tax services, Management Advisory services and also includes a concentration in Business Valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions for a diverse client base consisting of manufacturing, construction contractors, real estate, professional practices, wholesalers, retailers, insurance agencies restaurants and individuals.
Karl Firmbach, CPA
Karl has served for 9 years on the board of directors for the Kingston regional Healthcare Foundation in various positions ranging from board member to first vice chairman.
Karl is a graduate of Kingston High School and Siena College with a BBS in Accounting.
Karl provides Accounting, auditing, Tax services and Estate and Trust planning and tax service and Management advisory services. His diverse client base includes agriculture, contractors, real estate, professionals, wholesalers, retailers and restaurants.
Karl is married to his wife Tammy and they have three Children. Molly currently serving in the US Navy, Remington currently attending Northeastern University and Hannah a senior in high school.
